This is the first recipe I wanted to share. Fast and simple.
Ingredients:

- Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) – 1/2 a can
- Apple (your preference of which kind but sweet apples like Fiji or Pink Lady are best) – 1/2
- Green Onion – 1
- Vegenaise – 2 table spoons
- Salt and Pepper – to taste
- Wholewheat Pita Pocket – 1
Prep:

- Lightly mash the chickpeas
- Cut up the 1/2 apple into small pieces
- Chop the green onion
- Mix in a bowl
- Cut the pita in half and stuff each half with the mixture
- Enjoy!
